Inspiration:

  • Bruce Lee’s philosophy has served as a foundation to my physical therapy approach and life itself. His wisdom of being adaptable like water resonates in my therapeutic practice. I adjust to each client’s unique context while obeying fundamental principles of physical therapy, while not being constrained by them. To use what is useful, and reject what is not. This philosophy encourages me to continually challenge norms and cultivate innovative methodologies.
  • ET, the Hip-Hop Preacher, has had a transformative impact on my life. Through his inspiration, I overcame one of the most challenging periods of my life – homelessness. He empowered me to channel my ADHD energy without reliance on medication. His influence taught me to surpass even the brightest minds by harnessing my unique talents, outworking others, dedicating myself to continual growth, mastering my craft and embracing my authentic self.
